CRAPSER

SGt  "WM" NED CRAPSER, 58 died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at home.  He was born in Kansas City, Mo. and was a Law Enforcement Officer with the Fort Wayne Police Dept. for 33 years, and a Journeyman Pressman at the Fort Wayne Newspaper. for eight years, from 1963 to 1970.  He was a North Side graduate, a member of the FOP, and St. John's Lutheran Church of Lake Township. "He loved to be with his family and friends.  He was as sportsman and loved the outdoors."  Survivors include wife, Sara; son, Christopher; daughter-in-law, Melanie; and three grandchildren of Churbusco.  Service is 11 a.m.  Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home,  1320 E. Dupont Road.  Callingis from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Wednesday at the funeral home.  Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.  Memorials to Ronald McDonald House, Indianapolis, St. John Luthern Church, Lake Twp., 7914 W.
